Description
A metal gate sits at the entrance to a business with a "Sorry We Are Closed" sign attached to the top. The entrance is overgrown with weeds and the sky is filled with clouds. It's finished in an impasto and textured style.
The gate and abandoned business are a sure sign of the times in 2012. Many were jobless and businesses failed due to The Great Recession caused by the banking industry and Wall Street greed.
