Description
After years of service, this old oyster boat has landed in a field among piles of oyster shells. The back half of the boat is missing, and it's a wreck long abandoned.
The photograph is enhanced in Photoshop and Lightroom, and is finished with a strong painterly brushstroke and texture. The image was taken on the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington state.

This is great, I love old boats. The colors and treatment are swell, and I especially like the title!

Wonderful old boat and perspective on it. Love the setting - the oyster shells really add add to the ambiance. I especially like the painterly look on the sky - something I often do not. Beautifully presented.
